Initial conversation
If there's potential alignment, we'll set up a call — no pitch deck required. We just want to understand you, the problem, and how you're thinking about it.
Scoping & terms
If we decide to move forward, we'll agree on scope, structure, and the terms of our partnership — equity, fees, or a hybrid depending on the situation.
Build together
We get to work. You stay closely involved throughout — this is a partnership, not a handoff.
